When do I receive my rewards?
Answer: Whenever your rewards reach $25 or more, Tryem will issue a check for the reward amount. The rewards are based on payment from the participating sites. Payment from the sites is generally received 30-60 days after the purchase made to allow for any returns. We process the member rewards at the end of each month.

How long does it take for a requested site to be added
Answer: We evaluate the requested site and if possible sign up to become an affiliate within 48 hours. In most cases we get approval within one business day. However, it may take several days to obtain an approval.

Can any site be added?
Answer: Tryem will add any site it deems appropriate. We reserve the right to determine the appropriate nature of a site and the right to decline a requested site. Because of the nature of our business we prefer sites that offer an affiliate program

Is there a limit to how much a member can earn?
Answer: There is no limit to the amount a member can earn. And there is no limit to the number of people you can refer to become a Tryem member. Tryem pays a fee to members for referring new members!!! We can only pay one member for a referral.

Where do I enter a complaint regarding a site?
Answer: Tryem is a positive site program. As such we do not provide for negative ratings. However we would appreciate any negative comments. Please enter any negative comments through the Contact Us section. We continually monitor the quality of our sites and reserve the right to remove any site at any time.

A site is no longer on Tryem. What happened?
Answer: There are a variety of reasons why a site may no longer be listed. The site may have changed its affiliate policy. Tryem may have received complaints. Please send us a specific comment in the Contact Us section to request the status of a site.

How can I contact a Tryem member to ask more about a specific site?
Answer: In order to protect our members from spam we do not list the member's email addresses. We are developing a solution to email members without giving out their email address.

How do I earn Rewards?
Answer: Most of the sites listed on Tryem pay an "affiliate fee" to sites that send customers to their site. The fee varies but generally it is 2%-10% of the purchase amount. Tryem collects the fees from the affiliate sites and allocates a portion of them to its members based on the percentage of clicks that originate out of a member's Tryem site. If you refer a friend to your Tryem site and they click through to one of the sites that you recommend and make a purchase Tryem earns affiliate fees that are then shared with our members.

Can I change my User Name?
Answer: Tryem uses the User Name as the key identifier to locate a Member's information. Therefore we cannot change your User Name. The best way to obtain a new User Name is to re-join under the new name if it is still available.

What is an "affiliate" and How does Tryem earn fees as an "affiliate"?
Answer: Affiliate is a term used for marketing partners. An "affiliate" is a site, like Tryem, that markets other sites. For example, Tryem has placed logos and links of sites such as Mrs. Fields Cookies and Walmart on our site so that consumers can access those sites from Tryem. Tryem is considered an "affiliate" of Mrs. Fields, Walmart and the other sites we place on our site. This is a form of advertising. These companies pay Tryem an "advertising fee" whenever a consumer, originating from the Tryem site, purchases goods or services from one of the partner companies. We simply share those fees with our members.
